Return and Refund Policy
General Conditions
In accordance with Belgian and European law, due to the nature of alcoholic products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been shipped, unless the product is damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the order. We are committed to providing you with a quality product, carefully packaged to ensure its safety during transport.
Damaged Products upon Delivery
If your bottle of gin arrives damaged, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to contact us. To initiate a claim, please send us a photo of the damaged product as well as the packaging to the address info@eleanorprestige.beWe will evaluate the case and, depending on the circumstances, we may offer you a replacement or a refund. The return of damaged products is at our expense, and we will provide you with instructions to facilitate the process.
Product Non-Conformity
If you find that the product received does not match your order (for example, product error or other compliance defect), please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please include a description and photos so that we can validate the request.
Legal Guarantee
According to Belgian legislation, you have a legal warranty of two years for any non-conformity or defect in the product. In case of a problem, you have the right to request a repair, a replacement, a price reduction, or, if none of these solutions are possible, a full refund. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling of the product or by failure to follow the storage instructions.
Return Exceptions
Sealed products opened after receipt are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or initial damage. No return or refund is possible for used or altered products.
