Where do we deliver?

Eleanor Prestige currently delivers in France and Belgium, allowing our customers to enjoy our artisanal gin with complete peace of mind.

Delivery charges

Available delivery methods

  • Standard Delivery
    • Bestellingen onder de 60 €: Verzendkosten van 4,95 € toegepast.
    • Orders of €60 and above: Free standard shipping.
    • Delivery in Belgium only.
    • Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days after order processing.
  • Delivery via UPS
    • Fees automatically calculated at the time of payment based on the shipping address.
    • Orders of €150 and above: Free shipping via UPS.
    • Delivery in France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg.
    • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days after order processing.
    • A tracking number is provided for each shipment via UPS.

Order processing time

  • Orders placed before 12 PM from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are generally processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM or during the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Important information

  • Secure delivery: All our packages are carefully packed to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
  • Damaged product: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at the address info@eleanorprestige.be by providing photos to initiate a claim or a replacement.

Processing and delivery times

Each order is carefully processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. During peak demand periods, such as holidays, delays due to customs or carriers may occur, exceptionally extending delivery to 6 to 12 days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the delivery of your package to its destination.

Packaging and Precautions

Each bottle of Eleanor Prestige is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition. If there is any issue upon receipt, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
